GUNBY BLOG - Exhibition Open

Well, after months of making and planning the Collected, Captured, Cast Exhibition is open to visitors at Gunby Hall. I can’t believe it’s nearly two weeks ago that I travelled up to Gunby Hall in Lincolnshire, where Su France, Helen Wilde and I spent the day hanging work and making the gallery ready for visitors.

Contemporary Textiles Fair 2019

It’s not long now until this year’s Contemporary Textiles Fair which takes place at the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington in just a few weeks’ time (see details below). This will be the second time that I’ve had a stand at this Fair. I’m looking forward to being part of a show again that champions Textile Art in all it’s forms.

Contemporary Textiles Fair 2018

Soon, it will be time to for me to head into London with a boot-full of stock and props for the Contemporary Textiles Fair. I’m both excited and nervous at the prospect of taking part in this all-textile event. It should be a really good opportunity to meet some fellow-artists and to try out some new designs on some textile-loving customers.
